SEMI-PRIVATE PRICING
A Simple Starting Point
Semi-private events begin with a $600 hosted-event minimum.
Your minimum is used toward the event itself. Depending on your selections, it can cover food, hosted beverages, drink tickets, staff-operated music service, and approved event enhancements.
Minimums vary based on your event time and guaranteed attendance. We'll provide a clear estimate after learning the basics of your event.

Book a Time Out On Pine DJ with full house sound and dance-floor lighting.

A semi-private event reserves a dedicated VIP section at Time Out On Pine for your group while the rest of the venue remains open. Your guests enjoy a private home base with hosted food, drink, and music options while still experiencing the full nightlife atmosphere.
Semi-private sections are designed for approximately 15–50 guests. A 15-guest minimum and $600 spending floor apply.
Yes. Your group receives a reserved VIP section while the rest of the venue remains open to the public.
Eligible host-paid food, bar packages, drink tickets, bar stipends, DJ service, Sound System Rental and approved upgrades count toward the minimum. Guest-paid cash-bar purchases do not count.
No. Drinks purchased individually by guests do not count toward the host's minimum spend.
You may book a Time Out On Pine house DJ at $100 per hour or provide your own playlist through our staff-operated Sound System Rental at $100 per hour. Both options count toward the minimum spend. Music availability is subject to the venue's existing programming.
No. You may book a Time Out On Pine house DJ or provide your own playlist through our staff-operated Sound System Rental. Outside DJs and personal Bluetooth access to house equipment are not permitted.
Cakes, balloons and approved decorations are permitted. Confetti and glitter are not allowed. Special requests require advance approval.
A 25% deposit based on the estimated event minimum is required to secure the booking.
Billing is based on the guaranteed guest count or actual attendance, whichever is higher. The final guaranteed guest count and food and beverage selections are due five days before the event.
