The venue can accommodate events of up to 150 guests. Many full events are most comfortable in the 60–120 guest range depending on the layout, food setup and entertainment plan.
A Large Reservation provides reserved seating for guests who plan to order individually, with no minimum spend. A Semi-Private Event reserves a dedicated section for your group while the venue remains open, with a hosted-spend minimum. A Full Venue Buyout gives your group exclusive use of the entire venue for larger or more private celebrations.
We host birthdays, Sweet 16 parties, corporate events, wedding after-parties, high school reunions, engagement parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, anniversary parties, and other group celebrations for up to 150 guests.
Food options include buffet trays with selections such as tacos, sliders, wings, pasta, and salads. Beverage options include cash-bar service, drink tickets, bar stipends, and hosted beer and wine, cocktail, or full-bar packages. Soda, water, and coffee are complimentary.
You may book a Time Out On Pine house DJ at $100 per hour or provide your own playlist through our staff-operated Sound System Rental at $100 per hour. Music availability depends on the event format and requested time.

Cakes, balloons and approved decorations are permitted. Confetti and glitter are not allowed. Special requests require advance approval.
A 25% deposit based on the estimated event minimum is required to secure the booking.
