You Don't Have to Pay for the Whole Reunion Yourself
High school reunions often stall because one organizer is expected to collect money, cover deposits and chase classmates for payments. Time Out On Pine offers flexible event structures that can combine host-paid food or drinks with guest-paid purchases.
Your committee can choose what to cover while classmates purchase additional drinks individually. We'll help you build a reunion format that fits your attendance estimate and budget.
Note: Guest-paid cash-bar purchases do not count toward a semi-private or full-buyout minimum spend.
Host-paid food, bar packages, drink tickets, bar stipends, DJ service, Sound System Rental and approved upgrades do count toward the minimum.
